Converting Time:

  • EST: UTC - 5 hours
  • PST: UTC - 8 hours
  • GMT: UTC + 0 hours
  • CET: UTC + 1 hour

💡 Example Usage

Scenario: You want to publish a post next Monday at 9 AM Eastern Time

Solution:

  1. Convert 9 AM EST to UTC: 9 AM + 5 hours = 2:00 PM UTC (14:00)
  2. Pick next Monday‘s date in the date picker
  3. Set time to 14:00
